To qualify based on closed units sold, a Royal LePage REALTOR® must also have, at minimum, closed and collected the GCI required to qualify for the Royal LePage Diamond Award in their marketplace. LIFETIME CRITERIA Attain ‘Lifetime’ status after 10 out of 14 consecutive years in standing. Only the member (if a team, the team leader) who earned Lifetime National Chairman’s Club is permitted to use the logo. It is not transferable. DESIGNATE CRITERIA If joining Royal LePage after February 1 of a calendar year, and the recipient has qualified for the National Chairman’s Club Award, then the recipient is considered a Designate. The year a ‘Designate’ status is earned cannot be counted towards ‘Lifetime’ status.
