You may order all awards from this secure website. Should you have any problems, please contact the Leader Frames Customer Service Line at

To begin the process, please click on the appropriate icons representing each award level above to start your order process and enter the information as required.

If you are unsure of an agent's status regarding first time or a repeat, please identify this in the comment field on the "Billing Information Page" and an agent from Leader Frames will follow up either by e-mail, fax or phone. Please note that if you are not purchasing the Sales or Long Term Service Awards for your agents or staff members, there is no need to submit the data.

Important information for when you place your order:


 We review each online order we receive in detail once received.
We may adjust your order according to each agents history of awards received in the past.

For example:

You place an order the framed Diamond award for an agent.
But in checking this agent's history records that we keep, we confirm they already received it in the past
and should technically receive a refill award.

We have no way of knowing if you are ordering that award on purpose
(perhaps as a duplicate for whatever reason)
Unless you specify this in the comment box of your order, or unless you advise us by email.
We would therefore
 change that order to a refill award instead, based on the agent's history file.

In any case, we will always send you an "Awards by Office" report and invoice by email, after reviewing your order.
Please make sure you always review the invoice and report you receive.

SALES AWARDS SHIPPING will generally take place in approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the time of ordering. However, please note the following:

     

    • Orders for 2023 awards are not encouraged before November 01, 2023.
    • All orders must be prepaid at the time of ordering and submitted no later than January 23, 2024 otherwise a surcharge of $33.50 per award will be applied.
    • Orders placed after January 23, 2024 may take up to 3 months to ship
    • For Mid-January ceremonies please submit your order by midnight, Tuesday December 05, 2023.

      For shipping discounts the following dates are important: 

      All orders received and paid for by December 05th will get a 50% discount in shipping.
      (This discount will also be applied to any Top 10 award order received after this date).

      All orders received and paid for by December 06th to December 22th will get a 25% discount in shipping.
      (This discount will also be applied to any Top 10 award order received after this date).
    • For local awards ceremonies please advise us when your order should be delivered. Every effort will be made to deliver your awards 2 business days before your local ceremony date.
    • If you do not advise us that you have a specific date for the awards to be delivered, then they will be shipped in approximately 6 to 8 weeks of
      January 23, 2024.

     

      We recommend that you have your sales agents grouped into each level of performance for the sales awards as you can batch & enter the names by award type. As you start typing the first agent's name, more fields will be added automatically.
