WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU BATCH THE ORDERS FOR YOUR SALES AGENTS PER SPECIFIC SALES AWARD FIRST BEFORE YOU START.

YOUR ORDER-SESSION COULD TIME-OUT IF IDLE FOR TOO LONG!
If you first batch out your orders per sales award on paper first in preparation, you will be able to avoid this from happening.

WE WILL REVIEW EACH ONLINE ORDER:
We review each online order we receive in detail once received.
We may adjust your order according to each agents history of awards received in the past.

For example:
You place an order the framed Diamond award for an agent.
But in checking this agent's history records that we keep, we confirm they already received it in the past and should technically receive a refill award.

We have no way of knowing if you are ordering that award on purpose. (perhaps as a duplicate for whatever reason)
Unless you specify this in the comment box of your order, or unless you advise us by email, we would therefore change that order to a refill award instead, based on the agent's history file.

In any case, we will always send you an "Awards by Office" report and invoice by email, after reviewing your order.
Please make sure you always review the invoice and report you receive.

To begin the ordering process:

From the home page, click on your language of choice: English or French

- On the next page, click on one of the Award Icons at the top, for the award level that you would like to place an order for.

- On the next page, you will see the available products for this award level, click on the item you wish to order.

- On the next page, complete the details at the bottom of the page in the order form:

- As you start typing the first entry, new lines for more agents will automatically be added:

First name / Last name:
Start by typing the name for the first agent receiving the award. As you are typing, more lines will appear for multiple award orders for more than 1 agent.
Note!
Please use upper and lower case letters properly and double check spelling: The name of the agent will appear on his/her certificate in the exact same way as you have entered it on your order.

"Preferred first name":
If the agent prefers a different first name then their given name to show on their certificate, please enter this in the box "Preferred first name". If this box is left blank, we will use the names provided in “first” -and “last name”.
EXAMPLE “preferred first name”: Rob vs. Robert or Jo vs. Joanne, etc…

“$$ Commission” (New):
Enter the gross closed and collected commissions from November 16 (of preceding year) to November 15 (of current year) in this box and please make sure to:

- ROUND UP TO NEAREST DOLLAR - DO NOT USE DECIMALS.

- If you are unsure of an agent's status for an award regarding first time or a repeat, please enter the agent’s commissions and we will compare the entry to any previous award history on file and then produce the correct award.

-This will then be reconciled & specified on the “Awards by Office report”, which we will send to you by email to confirm the ordered awards.  If there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.

5. “Ad to cart”:
Once you have entered all the names for your agents on the order form please click on the “add to cart” button.

After this step, you can choose to do any of the following:

“Continue Shopping”:
If you click this button, it will take you back to the start page, where you can choose any award level to continue your order process for more awards. You will be able to check your cart at any time, even while you are browsing through other awards on other pages.

“Edit order”
If you click on this button, it will allow you to remove or edit an order for any agent in your cart.

“Update”
If you click here after changing anything in “edit order”, this will update your order in your cart.

“Checkout”
If you click this button, it means you have completed your order. What happens next is:

- You will be asked to provide shipping, billing, contact and credit card information AND the date of your awards ceremony.
- A comment box will be available during this process for you to add any questions or special instructions you may have.
- All orders must be prepaid by credit card before delivery. (MasterCard or Visa)
- The shipping cost will be specified and added to your order at the end, at the order confirmation stage.*

*If you qualify for the 50% early order shipping discount: this will be applied manually to your order at our head office before we process your payment and you will be notified by email:

6. “Your order has been processed successfully”
- You will see your order confirmation number
- You will receive an email confirmation of the order you placed online
- You can print your order/invoice

ORDER DEADLINES, DELIVERY TIMES & 50% SHIPPING REDUCTION:

For Mid-January ceremonies please submit your order by Friday November 26, 2021. All orders received by this date will also qualify for a 50% reduction in shipping.

Delivery will generally take place in approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the time of ordering. However, please note the following:

All orders must be prepaid at the time of ordering and submitted no later than Friday January 7, 2022 otherwise a surcharge of $33.50 per award will be applied.

For local awards ceremonies: please advise us when your order should be delivered. Every effort will be made to deliver your awards 2 business days before your local ceremony date.

If you do not advise us that you have a specific date for the awards to be delivered, then they will be shipped in approximately 6 to 8 weeks of January 7, 2022.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

ANY AWARDS ORDERED AFTER JUNE 1ST ARE CONSIDERED "OUT OF SEASON ORDERS" AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN EXTRA FEE PER AWARD: $57.00 FOR THE DIAMOND AWARD AND $51.50FOR ALL OTHER AWARDS.

THIS FEE ALSO APPLIES TO ANY BACKDATED AWARDS
(AWARDS FOR YEARS PRIOR TO THE CURRENT AWARDS SEASON)

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT OUT OF SEASON ORDERS FOR BACK DATED
AWARDS CAN TAKE LONGER THAN THE USUAL 6- 8 WEEKS DUE TO OUR
SUPPLIERS' PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS RESTRICTING SMALL QUANTITY ORDERS
